This warmable, freezable weighted bottle helps you unwind by melting away tension and easing pain.
Safer and easier to use than a hot water bottle, the Snuggler delivers Deep Touch Pressure (DTP) and thermotherapy where you need it most, soothing your pressure points with heat-retaining Terraclay™.
You can use the Snuggler like a hot water bag for pain relief, muscle recovery, or better sleep at night. Its safe, compact design contours to your body to relax cramps and relieve stress. It can also be chilled in the freezer and used as a soft freezer pack or a cold water bag for cramps.

The Snuggler is a hot clay bottle that gets its comforting weight from tension-melting Terraclay™: an all-natural, biodegradable clay that relaxes pressure points for calming comfort.
Terraclay™ naturally stores heat for extended periods and can even be chilled in the freezer, making our warmable bottle a safe, sustainable alternative to conventional hot water bottles, heating pads, and ice packs.
To make our heated bottle comforting as can be, we encase our Terraclay™ in huggably soft, upcycled Snugknit (100% GRS-certified polyester) that’s soothing for you and the planet, too.

For soothing warmth, heat the Snuggler in the microwave (800-1000 watts) for 60 seconds inside the Terra Tote. To keep your warmable safe and snuggly, do not heat without the Terra Tote. If your Snuggler is not as warm as you’d like, you can reheat it in 30 second intervals. For even heat distribution, rotate the Terra Tote 180º between each reheat and check if any part’s temperature is too high. After heating, the warmth will last up to 1 hour.
For cooling calm, we recommend chilling the Snuggler in the freezer for one hour or more inside the Terra Tote.
